Due to tremendous requests from esteemed customers to extend the registration form submission date to at least until after Eid-ul-Adha and in respect of the Spirit of the Golden Jubilee celebrations of the Defence of Pakistan Day the management is pleased to announce the extension of the Registration Form Submission deadline to 30th September 2015.
Completed Registration Forms along with all required documents may be submitted at CSG Site office at SPIRIT Tower Complex on Islamabad-Murree Expressway during business hours.
Incomplete/Blank forms must be presented to CSG Office for availing the extension till 30th September. The forms will be stamped accordingly by CSG office and returned back.

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has announced that a Bridge and a Bypass will be constructed at Bhara Kahu, Islamabad to facilitate flow of traffic to Murree and Kashmir. He was speaking at the ground breaking ceremony for the launch of Zero Point to Rawat signal free corridor project.
This i great news for all who travel to Murree from Islamabad as Bhara Kahu is the only congestion point for travel to Murree after the construction of Islamabad-Murree section of the Islamabad-Murree-Muzaffarabad Expressway also under the vision and leadership of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.

CDA has issued a public notice regarding ALL the illegal Housing Societies Projects in Islamabad. The notice does not list any of the projects of Commoners Sky Gardens (Pvt) Limited as being an illegal housing project.

Commoners Flower Valley NOT an illegal Housing Project in Islamabad Zone IV:
The PDF document posted on CDA website about illegal housing societies in ICT Zones has been found to be illegally tempered with and the name of Commoners Flower Valley was included in the list by error or by malafide intent. In any case, the original official document of CDA (based on which the PDF document was supposed to be issued) is also available on CDA website at the following link http://www.cda.gov.pk/housing/unauthorised_schemes.asp and it can be seen that this original document does not mention Commoners Flower Valley as an illegal Housing Society!
Commoners Sky Gardens has informed the CDA top management about this discrepancy and have been informed that the erroneous PDF document will be corrected shortly based on actual official document.
The holding of computerized Balloting in a truly inspiring ceremony is another feather in the cap of CSG management!

The results for the successful applicants who have paid their installments on time or may have missed maximum one installment are being mailed to them and are also available to the applicant who may want to visit CSG offices for that purpose.
